Belles & Brides Booking Terms & Conditions

Bookings:

Your wedding date will be held tentatively for up to three (3) days from the date your booking is accepted by Belles & Brides.

To secure your booking, written confirmation and a 50% non-refundable booking fee are required within three (3) days unless otherwise agreed. If paying via an approved payment plan, the first instalment must be paid within this timeframe.

If payment is not received within three (3) days, your tentative booking may be released and your wedding date may become available to other clients.

The remaining balance for your wedding booking is due no later than fourteen (14) days prior to your wedding date.

Services cannot be provided unless full payment has been received.

Deposits & Payment Plans:

A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all wedding bookings.

If you choose to pay via payment plan, all agreed instalments must be paid on the scheduled weekly, fortnightly, or monthly dates.

Missed payments may incur a $20 late payment fee. Payments overdue by more than seven (7) days may result in cancellation of your booking.

Any additional costs incurred after your original quote has been issued, including but not limited to changes in booking details, additional services, staffing requirements, travel, accommodation, parking, or timing adjustments, may result in additional charges.

Preview Appointments:

Your preview appointment is an opportunity for us to collaborate with you to create your perfect bridal hair and makeup look ahead of your wedding day.

We encourage open communication throughout the process and want you to feel completely confident and comfortable with your final look. If you have any concerns following your preview appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know within 24 hours where possible so we can work with you toward a solution.

Please note that booking fees remain non-refundable, including where preview appointments take place within eight (8) weeks of the wedding date.

Travel, Parking & Accommodation:

Travel fees will apply depending on your wedding location and will be outlined within your personalised quote.

Parking costs incurred by Belles & Brides staff on the wedding day will be invoiced following your wedding where applicable.

For weddings requiring extensive travel, very early start times, or overnight stays, accommodation and additional travel-related costs may apply.

Changes To Your Booking:

Any changes to your booking, including service numbers, locations, timings, or bridal party members, must be communicated in writing.

While we will always do our best to accommodate changes, additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the amendments.

Reductions in booking numbers will still be subject to minimum booking requirements.

Cancellations & Postponements:

All cancellations must be made in writing.

The 50% booking fee is non-refundable in all circumstances unless otherwise agreed by Belles & Brides.

Cancellations made within one (1) month of the wedding date will result in 100% of the wedding booking total being payable.

Cancellation charges will also apply to individual members removed from the booking.

If your wedding is postponed, we will do our best to transfer your booking to your new date, subject to availability.

Wedding Morning Requirements:

To ensure the wedding morning runs smoothly and on schedule, all clients receiving services must arrive on time and be prepared at their allocated service time.

Delays caused by clients, bridal party members, or external vendors may impact service timing and final results.

Belles & Brides cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.

Artist Substitutions:

In the unlikely event that your booked artist becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, Belles & Brides reserves the right to provide a suitable replacement artist of a similar standard and experience level.

Photography & Social Media:

Belles & Brides may use professional images from your wedding day or preview appointment for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

Liability:

All brushes, tools, and makeup products are kept sanitary and used in accordance with industry hygiene standards.

Clients are responsible for advising Belles & Brides of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or reactions prior to services being carried out.

Belles & Brides will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities where prior notice was not provided.
