Q. Do you travel?
A. Yes! We offer mobile bridal hair and makeup services across the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and surrounding regions.
Travel fees apply depending on your location and the number of artists required. A personalised quote will be included in your proposal before booking.

Q. Do you have a studio?
A. We are primarily a mobile bridal hair and makeup team and are happy to travel to you for your bridal preview appointment within the immediate Hamilton and Tauranga areas. For out-of-town clients, we can also arrange a suitable studio location for your preview appointment, if needed.

Q. Is there a minimum booking requirement?
A. Yes. We require a minimum of 4 hair and/or makeup services for wedding bookings.

Q. When should I book?
A. We recommend booking as early as possible, as popular dates can book out 12–24 months in advance.

Q. When should I have my preview appointment?
A. We usually recommend booking your bridal preview around 8–12 weeks before the wedding day once your overall look and styling details are finalised.

Q. What products do you use?
A. We use high-quality professional bridal products including cruelty-free makeup and professional hairstyling products designed for long-lasting wear and flawless photography.

Q. Do you provide touch-up kits?
A. Yes. All clients receive complimentary touch-up kits & lashes with every service

Q. How should I prepare for my appointment?
A. Please arrive with clean, dry hair and freshly cleansed, moisturised skin. Inspiration photos are always welcome.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept online card payments and also offer flexible payment plans.

Q. Is a deposit required?
A. Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding date, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to the wedding.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Our cancellation fees vary depending on how close to the wedding date the cancellation occurs. Full booking terms will be provided before securing your booking.

Q. What if I need to make changes to my booking?
A. We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes where possible subject to availability.
