“What an experience it was having Belles & Brides do my make up for my cousins wedding. Levarna bounced through the door early morning and it was so obvious that we were in great hands. I was the palest bridesmaid (I didn’t want to fake tan because it never looks right on my skin) but Levarna matched me perfectly – actually mixing some white foundation into her palest shade!

She had such a calmness about her which really rubbed off on the entire bridal party, there was no stress which meant a really relaxed and happy bride – that’s what everyone wants! Levarna made me feel absolutely beautiful but more importantly she made me feel so comfortable. She invited me to discuss my makeup preferences and used them as her guideline. It would be easy for an artist to do a beautiful yet standard application of makeup but when you have someone that listens to you and takes note of what you like that’s a real dream – after all makeup is a personal thing and while you almost want to appear airbrushed you don’t want to lose yourself under the products.

The bridal party got so many compliments throughout the day because of Levarna’s skill – complete strangers felt the need to tell me how stunning my makeup and hair was (Belles & Brides did our hair too and it was simply gorgeous). If I could relive that day again I would (it was the best hair & makeup experience I’ve ever had). I’d honestly recommend Levarna in a heartbeat. My next NZ trip out (I live in London) I shall be finding an excuse to get my makeup professionally done again by Belles and brides! You guys rock!!”

Levarna was so easy to set a date for a trial with, as I wanted a trial before booking for the wedding. Levarna was an absolute star! I don’t wear makeup at all, so was a bit scared about what my wedding makeup could look like!
